What countries do you ship to? We only ship to the USA at this time.
How long does order processing take? Zodiac Zonez (ZZ) Exclusives are processed in 1 – 2 business days, whereas Partner Products are usually processed in 1 – 3 business days, and up to 10 days on made to order items. These timelines do not include shipping and delivery times.
How long will it take to get my order? We offer a variety of shipping options through the USPS and UPS. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.
How do I cancel/modify an order? Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days, so please email us immediately at wrongzone@zodiaczonez.com and include “Cancel” and your order number in the Subject line.
How can I track my order? You will receive email alerts that include a tracking number that will allow you to track your order via the shipping provider website.
What if my order arrives damaged? Email us within 3 business days of receiving your delivery at wrongzone@zodiaczonez.com and include your order number and the name of the damaged product. ZZ will provide you with a free return label to return the damaged item(s) and will issue a replacement upon receipt of the damaged goods.
What payment methods do you accept? ZZ accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay payment methods. CashApp may be used for live events.
What is your return/exchange policy? ZZ seeks to provide a happy customer experience and may issue an exchanged item, or a store credit on items returned in their original condition of unused, unopened, and undamaged. Please refer to our Return/Refund Policy for more details.
What is your privacy policy? ZZ will not sell your personal information, but does share your information with vendors and suppliers for the purpose of processing your order if applicable. Please see our Privacy Policy for additional details.
Do your balloon use air or helium? Both, but 16” balloon banners do not float with helium and we do not recommend helium for tabletop bouquets, unless using the balloons as a cluster bouquet.
What is a cluster bouquet? We define our balloon clusters as 5 or more balloons gathered together and packaged as one of our balloon kits.
Do you provide instructions with your balloon arches? No, our arch kits are DIY because we believe that the best creation comes from the individual’s zodiac eye.
