Zodiac Zonez (ZZ) seeks to provide a happy customer experience and may issue an exchanged item, or a store credit on items returned in their original condition of unused, unopened, and undamaged. You have 14 days from when you receive your items to claim an exchange or return.

• ZZ does not accept returns on already exchanged items.
• ZZ does not replace of credit orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by buyers.

How to exchange/return:

1. Send an email to myzone@zodiaczonez.com within 14 days of delivery of your order. ZZ will not process or accept an unauthorized order, so be sure to include your order number, the name of the item(s) you would like to exchange or return, and the reason for the exchange or return in the email.
2.  ZZ will provide you with a return label for items being exchanged or returned.

• Exchanges return labels are provided for free at no cost to you.
• Returns are not paid by ZZ. We will provide you a return label and deduct the initial and return shipping costs from your refund. If your original ordered qualified for free shipping, you will not be responsible for the return shipping provided your remaining order continues to qualify for free shipping. 

     3. Send your exchange/ return in the mail within 7 days of receiving the return label, or your return/refund claim will be forfeited.
